How do I auto send a Blog post to Twitter w/ Bit.ly link

    I’m new to WordPress and I’m trying to figure out 2 things:
    1. Can my blog page rss other news sources and have the article or a portion there of, show up on my blog?
    2. As each new blog is posted on my site can it automatically post the headline and a bit.ly link through my account on my twitter page?

    Is there a plugin, widget, or otherwise that I can use to accomplish this? Any and all help would be appreciated. Thanks.
