How do I add Rel Nofollow attribute to all external links?

    I’m publishing blog posts on two different WordPress blog. If I will find out some interesting on external website so, I am creating hyperlink to external website from my blog post. I want to add Nofollow attribute on all external links. So, How do I add rel=”nofollow” attribute? I have read Codex article about it. But, I did not get exact idea about it.
