How do I add and ACF file field in the front end form?

I’ve added a custom field (file upload) using ACF to a custom post type. This custom post type has a front end submission form, in which I need to allow the user to use this field and add files that will later be shown on the post. How do I do that? (I didn’t find it in their docs)
