  • No wories I got it:

    <object classid=”clsid:02BF25D5-8C17-4B23-BC80-D3488ABDDC6B” codebase=”http://www.apple.com/qtactivex/qtplugin.cab” height=”256″ width=”320″>

    <param name=”src” value=”http://www.yourdomain/your.mov”>
    <param name=”autoplay” value=”true”>
    <param name=”type” value=”video/quicktime” height=”256″ width=”320″>

    <embed src=”http://www.yourdomain/your.mov” height=”256″ width=”320″ autoplay=”true” type=”video/quicktime” pluginspage=”http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/”>

    </object>

    2 programs could really help you with loading movs on your site (assuming you are on Mac osX):

    PAGEot — writes html and Xhtml (what you need for WordPress) that you can copy/paste into your post or page:

    Lillipot — drag/drop your mov onto this little app and it will alter the mov so it can quick start (progressively download) and begin playing while the remainder of the movie is still downloading:

    both are free.

    @holly2000: do the same programs exist for windows platform
