How do I add a Qty box next to individual items?

Im trying to figure out how to add a quantity box next to each item. I want it to look something like this:

I want to create a product that is comprised of several small products. I want to list all the products possible for a customer to pick out which ones they want and how many of each product.

I have close to zero experience in the web design and coding area, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
