How do I add a page of custom posts in a gallery-like format?

    Hi guys,

    I’m using Wild Community theme, with BuddyPress and already using the ‘Easy Content Types’ plugin.

    I need to achieve:

    – one home page of the custom post types laid out in gallery style by category
    – then when clicking on the category it should take me to a gallery layout of the posts associated with the category
    – then when clicking on the individual post it should NOT come up like a blog post (which it currently does)

    Please help me someone – its driving me a little mad…

    In a sense it will look / work like the groups section of buddypress
