How do customers access virtual products they bought?

    Hello

    I would like to ask the question as stated in the Topic Title field after finding out that the WooCommerce course on LinkedIn does not explain how virtual products, which are not downloadable, are accessed. The course says virtual products are digital products that do not require shipping, but how will customers access their virtual products after making purchases?

    Some more detail would be appreciated.

    Hi @eadwig,

    A virtual product on WooCommerce is simply a product that does not require any shipping like a downloadable file or service you’re providing. If a virtual product is also a downloadable product like a file a customer can access those files from My Account > Downloads when logged into your WordPress installation.

    Thanks for the reply. Is there a way to check how the purchased virtual products appear in My Account page without making payment?

    Hi @eadwig,

    Yes, there are several ways to do that, like:
    * You can create a 100% discount coupon from WP-Admin → Marketing → Coupons and apply it to the order during checkout.
    * Alternatively, you can try checking out the order with the BACS or Cash on Delivery payment methods.
