How to display flags in a corner?

Hello,

I am using WordPress 3.5 and qTranslate 2.5.33.
For some days I am searching for how to display 2 flags (English and French) in a corner of my website.
I don’t know if I have to do it by writting some php code or by modifying some css style.

I hope someone will help me…
