    You can open the question-submit-form.php file in the plugins > dw-question-
   answer > templates folder then find the line 52 to remove it. Regards, DesignWall

 * If I do as you said, I remove the field, but when I send the question, it tells
   me mandatory mail, I do not see the field but I still have the constraint to 
   insert an email.
