how create form columns?

    Hi,
    am trying to mimick the contact form on this page: http://atla.zitedev.be/contact/
    where some fields are appearing in columns.
    e.g.: first name in left column, last name in right column,
    etc…
    How can i achieve this with Contact Bank?
    I am using the Business Edition of your plugin, but your page: http://tech-banker.com/forum/contact-bank-support/ is giving me a 404.
    So if it’s not here i’m supposed to get support, please kindly let me know where or how would be the best way.

    Hi,

    Firstly you cannot have columns in Contact Bank as shown in the above link.
