How could I have different Tag bas for different tags?

    In wordpress Settings> Permalinks there is an option to set the category and tag base, meaning myblog.com/tag or myblog.com/cat and it allows me to change tag to whatever and cat to whatever.. but what i am trying to accomplish is to set a different category and tag base for specific tags/categories.. is there a way to do this or maybe a plugin for it?
