how combine with theme my login front end edit profile

    thanks for great plugin before.

    I have thememylogin plugin to edit and customize user profile front end.

    I put shortcode , but when I tried to click update avatar browser became blank and show notification

    “Are you sure you want to do this?
    Please try again”

    no image uploaded..

    but it work on another page just happened on page-your-profile.

    any solution.
