How can we enable reviews only after customer has bought product?

I’m trying to have this feature for an Etsy style set up.

I don’t want any user I be able to review a product or seller

Only people that have bought from the seller, an preferably only one review per item bought.

This is on a multisite set up where people can register and have there own stores using sub directories.

Any way this can be done? I really need this feature to avoid over posting and spamming for my users. Thanks
