We have a website where we offer free online courses.

The users can self enroll them up to 3 courses at a time.

There are times that user by mistake enroll in a wrong course and wants to unroll themselves. They can do it on Moodle but that doesn’t get updated on Moodle hence they cant register in another course.

How can they unroll themselves in WordPress?

    thanks a lot.

    Hi @raheelkhosa

Once the user is unenrolled from the course in Moodle, you can navigate to Edwiser Bridge Tab >> settings >> Synchronization >> Users >> Tick mark Update user’s course enrollment status option >> Start synchronization.

    OR

You can navigate to the user profile using the Admin Dashboard and then in the edit profile page, you will have the option to unenroll user from a course.
