How can user / manager can access their dashboards

    Hi there,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    Just to confirm, do you mean on the frontend or the backend?

    On the backend, they can access it if you have provided them with the permissions under Zephyr > Settings > General Settings > Permissions for their user role.

    For the frontend, this is a feature that is only available in the pro version and once the pro version is installed, you can enable the frontend project manager from Zephyr > Settings > Frontend Settings.

    I have setup the permissions to above user roles. and also gave user , manager roles to two of the users of the website.

    But when they login to their account , they are not able to see the project details.

    How can they access backend? can you please elaborate.

    Just to confirm, can I please ask you to navigate to Zephyr > Teams & Members and confirm if the ‘Allow Access’ checkbox is enabled for the users?

    Yes , Allow access checkbox is enabled for the users.
