How can the “Read more” be removed from the podcast feed?

Hello,
We are configuring our new feed for our podcast, and We’re struggling with how to make the feed look the way we’d like to.

We’d like to have a “Read more” link in the blog, but this should not appear in the feed. If we only show the “excerpt”, we get the “read more” link when viewing it in any podcatcher, if we set it to show the full content of the post, we still get the same in the podcatchers, with a link that redirects to our site, to the news list we have under the “read more” tag, and the feed looks pretty bad, as it can be seen.

None of the cases work as we’d like: a feed with the content of the post, including the content below the “read more” tag, and without showing this tag.

Showing this beautifully in the browser would be a nice addition, but at least showing it in the podcatcher is a must for us.
