How can the admin see (and search) through the extra fields for a user

I have added extra fields and the user can edit or view them.
How can I (as admin) view and edit the extra fields for each user. I am using the extra fields to store the ID of the license they have purcahsed and activation date and the activation code.
They need to be able to view these but not edit them.
