    Hi there!

Are you on shared hosting? It's possible that your host has limited scripts from running, and with 23k posts, you will likely run into timeouts or space issues if you are on shared hosting. Are you sure you want to preload all 23k posts? Is that truly necessary? Do all posts get traffic equally?

I think you are asking the server to handle too many posts. As you saw from the screenshot, it estimates over a thousand hours to preload everything. What kind of traffic do you get? How many hits per day? I suspect you'd be better off letting WP SUper Cache generate the cache files when someone visits an individual post.
