How can Jetpack accept roles to record counts?

How can Jetpack accept additional roles to record counts? I click on Employer and Student in Count views from these roles in Configure on Site Stats, but only Subscriber sticks.

I’m using Jetpack 7.7.1:
* The Site Stats page shows the [Configure] link.
* This opens a page showing the [Expand to update settings for how visits are counted and manage who can view this information.] link.
* This opens a panel containing a list of roles with the title “Count logged in page views from”.
* Currently Subscriber is switched on, but switching on other roles shows the “Updated settings.” popup. However, it doesn’t stick, and only Subscriber is switched on when I next open this panel.Sorry, I misunderstood your question.
Employer comes from WP Job Manager.
Student comes from Namaste! LMS.Counts from the Employer role have been picked up very recently, but over last weekend a member with the Employer role posted a new job, but their page views were not collected.
