On most blogs, the main (front) page is created automatically from your recent posts. If you need to change this page, you’ll need to edit your theme’s index.php file.

Thanks Is there some particular code that I am looking for to remove regarding a post page or comments page? Thanks for your help!

What exactly do you want to do? Perhaps you want to look at setting up a static, editable, home page?

I was looking for the controls to make the main blog page get out of first position. It does not appear in pages or posts so I could not find how to manage the front page of the website. Pagelines the developer did respond with the correct answer. In the White House Theme the front page of your site can be selected under the setting tab in the Readings page you select what page you want static and what page you want the Blog appear. Thanks for your care esmi to answer a newbie I hope this helps others. kevin
