    Hi there,

I’m on MultiSite and I do NOT want to deactivate Hustle as it is working fine with one of y two sites. However it’s NOT working on my site with WooCommerce, and so I have to turn it off. I cannot turn it off from the Plugins menu, and it looks like for me to turn off each of the popups I’ve designed, I have to erase the settings and content. I do not want to do this! (I put in way too much effort with my WordPress site in general and in figuring out how to do my popups in particular, to just “oh, well, it doesn’t work, delete”) I assume that WPMU and Woo will, at some point, resolve this conflict that messes up the input fields so that no one can sign up, and then I will be able to turn them back on.

How can I turn them off? Do I HAVE to erase them?

  • Following up: I thought there was a modal option for “Off | Test | Live” at one point but haven’t found it for my popup and slide in (I’m not using an embed, yet). Am I dreaming? Or just missing how to get to it?

The only workaround I’ve found for my problem is to set Display settings so that it doesn’t show up anywhere.

    Hello there @janerette,

    hope you’re doing good today!

I just made a little test for you and results are good.
First, I network activated Hustle. Then I went to main site and created a popup. Afterwards, I network deactivated Hustle and I activated in main site only.
Popup was still in place! 😉

You can find these options if you navigate to Hustle -> Pop-ups

    Warm regards,

    Good, thanks! I found it.

So… if I Network Deactivate Hustle, I can reactivate it in the site that I am actually still using it in? I’m going to assume yes, and try that later tonight when I work on my other site.

    Hello @janerette

    Hope all is well!

If network deactivate the plugin, you can enable it on any subsite of your choice.

Let us know if you have any further questions!

    Cheers,
    Nastia
