    Hi Ketan,
    That doesn’t work. [wp_ticker] used to work for a few months. Has something changed in an update?

    Like I said, [wp_ticker] used to work (I had it in a widget) but stopped working, I don’t know when exactly. The site is still in development. I installed it on a test site https://pre.tastymouse.com/ and no result there too.

    So I have to create ticker posts now? That wasn’t so until recently. Maybe I should try using an older version of the ticker?

    I tried making a ticker, this is what I see https://prnt.sc/1s4zvmt
    What do you mean by Go to WP Ticker post type?

    Hi Ketan,
    on the test site I got it working with: [wp_ticker post_type=”post”] but on the site where I want to use it the ticker stays empty while there are posts. What might cause this?

    Okay, I found the problem: I had the slider working in a widget and that doesn’t work anymore. Is there a way to place it in a widget or should I add it to my theme?

    Hi Ketan,
    I added <?php echo do_shortcode(‘[wp_ticker post_type=”post”]’); ?> in my theme and now it works.
