    Hi Everyone,

I’m working on a website and not having any luck with finding a plugin.

My company sells hotel rooms for specific date periods. For example

    January 4-6
    1 Guest is $250 each
    2 Guests is $200 each
    3 Guests is $150 each

And I only have 3 rooms. So a guest can purchase 1 Guest at $250 and another can purchase 3 Guests at $150 each and another one can purchase 3 Guests at $150 each and that would fill all 3 rooms.

Any idea which plugin would be best for this?

    Thanks!

Essentially what I’m looking for is to add different prices under 1 variation.

    Hello Tandyman,

You have to set up attributes for the variable products.
In your case the product is the room.
Attribute 1 is the date period.
Attribute 2 is the number of guests.
This will give you more variations and you will be able to set the different prices.

    Best regards,
    Endre

    Hi!

I thought that too but then that doesn’t take into account the inventory. Because the inventory would stretch across all the Guest options.

Have a look at the WooCommerce Bookings plugin https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-bookings/

you can set up inventory at variation level not only per product

    Hi @tandyman,

You can set inventory at the product level or at the variation level. But for a hotel, you also need inventory by date. That’s why Gerhard’s recommendation of Bookings is a good one. It lets you set availability by date so that you don’t get overbooked.

If you have any questions, let us know.

    Cheers,
