How can I send mail without a SMTP server?

    I’m running WordPress on my own server. However, my ISP does not allow outgoing mail (for anti-spam reasons). Is it possible to send mail using another SMTP server?

    Eg. Outlook can send mail from Gmail servers, Hotmail servers, etc.
