how can I restore wp-admin login page

Hey there,

We were happy with WP Cerber for some good weeks. We have applied I think some security recommendations which we did not understand very well, and now I cannot access my administrative login page anymore. From any IPs Im trying, it is just gone.

Of course we have access to the WP virtual machine command line. I can manually disbale the Cerber plugin. I tried that but did not help. What else we could try to re-gain access to the wp-admin ?
