How can I restore 2 pages article?

    Today my blog crashed. So I lost my installed all data on my server.
    But while I don’t know how to restore backup file and there was no many data so I have installed again. Now all is ok.
    But the problem is I have lost 2 article that was “about US” and “privacy policy”. If I can’t restore this article so I need to spend more time to write a new one. That I would like to restore it.
    I have backup file….but I don’t know how to restore this 2 articles! Please help me.
    The backup I have generated from my cpanel. But I don’t have used any plugins.
