How can I remove the index.php from the URL address?

I recently installed customizr. So far I’ve succeeded with the customization except for the “index.php” that appears in all my pages and entries.

My page is http://naymaconsultores.com

I would like to have my URL of my pages like this http://naymaconsultores.com/capacitacion instead of http://naymaconsultores.com/index.php/capacitacion

How can I do that?
