How Can I Remove Gray Bar From Top Of Login Screen?

    In the new version of Word Press 2.5.1 a gray bar with a return to the site link was added to the top of the screen. I have modified the wp-login.php file to get rid of the link, but was not able to figure out which code to remove to get rid of the gray colored bar itself yet.

    Has anyone figured out a way to remove the gray bar yet?
