    I short, you can’t. You can contact the host for the offending site and ask them to take it down. If they do, great. If not, well…

    Steve’s answer is the best that we can advise, so I’m marking this resolved.

    I solved my problem. I fond that that site uses my rss feed for instant stealing my articles, so I just deleted my rss feed and stealing was stoped.
