How can I make it like this?

Hello Everyone!

I just have this quick question that I know people here can answer. My boss tasked me to do a website similar to this: http://www.last-memories.com Now the problem is, I do believe wordpress can support this kind of website except that the functionality extends to include a membership only area where people can create their own webpages, the features available to them are limited to what they signed up for.

Does anyone know of any plugins that can help me achieve that effect?
