    Hi,

I will be paying to my vendors via bank transfers manually but the amount to be paid will be maintained by WC marketplace plugin.

    1. How can I see what amount I have to pay to which Vendor.

    2. How can the vendors request for payments (Dashboard Payments tab) with out a paypal id. Currently its giving me a message that paypal settings not correct or contact admin ?

    Kind Regards
    Neha

@sharingourexperiences Nice to see you again. I have addressed your query one by one:

    1. How can I see what amount I have to pay to which Vendor.
    >> You can see the commission needed to pay the vendor through their commission page, you can find that via WooCoomerce >> WCMp >> Commissions
    Please see: https://drive.google.com/a/dualcube.com/file/d/0Bx3S5WbEjHvpdTI5U1RYaUROSnM/view?usp=drivesdk

    2. How can the vendors request for payments (Dashboard Payments tab) with out a paypal id. Currently its giving me a message that paypal settings not correct or contact admin ?

    >> In order to do this, first please set only BACS through WooCoomerce >> Settings >> Checkout and enable BACS only. Make sure you have disabled PayPal as checkout option. Please visit : https://drive.google.com/a/dualcube.com/file/d/0Bx3S5WbEjHvpS0ptRUp1UEZjcGs/view?usp=drivesdk

Vendor can request for withdraw through from their dashboard through Payment >> Withdraw and then click Request Withdraw. Please see : https://drive.google.com/a/dualcube.com/file/d/0Bx3S5WbEjHvpMTFybG1GTmh2SjQ/view?usp=drivesdk

After that the vendor would get this page : https://drive.google.com/a/dualcube.com/file/d/0Bx3S5WbEjHvpZnZfUDM0eC1mR2M/view?usp=drivesdk

Let me know if you have any other query.

    Thanks Moumita 🙂

Regarding second query. Paypal is disabled for my system in settings and I am using payumoney instead of BACS. On that screen I also get a message that

Gateway Disabled: PayPal does not support your store currency.

My vendors can see the screen where they can request withdrawals but when they click on it. Instead of next screen in your screenshot the message displayed is your paypal is not set up contact your administrator.

In WCMP settings I have selected:
    Admin Fees -> Request Percentage
    And Request Disbursal mode

    Kind Regards

@sharingourexperiences Let me just help with a small workflow, in order to pay commission to the vendor, not only admin requires to have proper payment account, vendor also need to fill up their account details ( WC Marketplace only support Paypal/BACS/Stripe) through Vendor Dashboard Billing section

You need to first ensure whether you have integrated payumoney properly in WC Marketplace, in order to check that, please goto WooCoomerce >> Payment >> Payment method and check whether payumoney is listed there as a payment method.

You can also check this, if you visit any vendor profile, you will find Payment Mode, where you can actually find what payment mode WC Marketplace is using to pay the commission to the vendor. You can share the screenshot here.

Neha, in order to pay the vendors through PayUMoney, you need to integrate that into WC Marketplace Payment method also.

If you need our assistance then please reach us through our Support Forum and don’t forget to mention this thread there.

    Hello Moumita,

I am using payumoney to collect money from customers. In my woocommerce -> Settings-> Checkout Tab – Checkout options -> Payment Gateway I can see Payumoney

I am able to take orders from customers and get money in my Payumoney account.

I would like to use BACS for making payments to vendors. As paypal is not available in India.

In Vendor dashboard, vendors are able to add their bank details via store settings tab Billing.

In WCMP, Payment how do I select Payment method as BACS ? Currently in WCMP settings Payment tab I can see Payment settings, Paypal masspay, Paypal payout.

In vendor profile I can see bank details but payment method is blank.

How do I attach screenshots here ?

    Kind Regards

In order to check whether BACS is selected as payment gateway, make sure you have enabled BACS through WooCommerce >> Checkout Bacs ( https://drive.google.com/a/dualcube.com/file/d/0Bx3S5WbEjHvpS05NemxONDFpUEE/view?usp=drivesdk). Please make sure you have added your account details there.

After this, goto WooCommerce >> WCMp >> Payment >> payment mode (https://drive.google.com/a/dualcube.com/file/d/0Bx3S5WbEjHvpejlZU19fMW9VVlU/view?usp=drivesdk)
    Select BACS.

If these fields are all set, your vendor would get paid to their bank account.

Let me know if you have any more query.

    Hi Moumita,

    1) If I use BACS and payumoney for woocommerce how will WCMP track amount to be paid to vendors ? Is that something that can be done ?

    2) And with BACS in woocoomerce the problem I faced is all transactions were going on hold until money was paid and verified manually. Then order status had to be confirmed by admin. Also new order mails were not going to vendors directly until order confirmed.

    3) Is it possible to select payumoney for customers and BACS for vendors somehow ?

    Kind Regards

@sharingourexperiences The customer can choose any method he/she wants to pay for the order. As soon as the customer pays for the order, the amount will go to Admin’s account depending on the payment gateway.

WCMp creates separate commission against order, all it does pay the amount to the vendor. While paying the commission, the admin have to do is to set the Payment method he/she want to use. All you need to ensure to maintain sufficient balance in your bank account.

Therefore to answer your query no.3, customer can pay with different payment gateway and admin can also pay the vendor through different payment gateway.

Regarding your second point, Email settings and Order status are managed by WooCommerce. While paying through BACS, the order status by default becomes processing until the admin confirms that.

Also, until the order status changed to either processing or completed; the vendor won’t receive any mail until that.

Let me know if you have any more query.

    Hi Moumita,

Many thanks for your inputs. So just to confirm.

    – To be able to use BACS for wcmp I need to select BACS for woocommerce

    – If I chose BACS and WCMP for both for woocommerce. Commission will still be calculated correctly as it depends on order amount (irrespective of Payment method)

    Hello Moumita

Evem if I enable BACS in Woocommerce settings.

In WCMP settings Payment tab I can see Payment settings of only Paypal masspay, Paypal payout.

In vendor profile I can see bank details but payment method is still blank.

    (@dualcube)

@sharingourexperiences You will see PayPal in WCMp Payment tab, because that comes with our plugin by default.

If you have disabled PayPal through WooCommerce >> Settings >> Checkout; PayPal won’t be used as any Payment Gateway either for the customer or for vendors.

If you choose Direct Bank as Payment Method through WooCommerce >> WCMp >> payment; this should enable Payment mode Direct Bank for Vendors.

If you are facing issue, please reach us through our Support Forum.

Thanks you so much dear Moumita.

Once I set up automatic payment via direct bank transfer lets say Daily, how will it work ?

Will I get a report everyday saying ho much money I have to transfer to each Vendor. Do I have to log in my bank account and make transfers ? Or something else ? Is there a document on it.

    Kind Regards

    @sharingourexperiences

    Hi Neha,
As for WooCommerce we need to mark order complete manually for Direct Bank Transfer, in case of disbursing Commission to the vendors, you also have to send the commissions manually from your Bank account.

In order to check the how much commission you have to send to each vendor you can see that through WooCommerce >> WCMp >> To-Do list >> Pending Bank transfer.

As soon as you will pay the vendor their part of the commission, you need to click the “Notify the vendor” option.
    See : https://drive.google.com/a/dualcube.com/file/d/0Bx3S5WbEjHvpWE5aME13YnM0QVU/view?usp=drivesdk

Then you can mark the commission as paid through WooCommerce >> WCMp Commissions Please see https://drive.google.com/a/dualcube.com/file/d/0Bx3S5WbEjHvpTkFEbEVXUm5VZFU/view?usp=drivesdk

    Hi Moumita,

I am getting the below message on my chcekout page when I try to checkout without logging in

“If you have already registered, please, enter your details in the boxes below. If you are a new customer, please, go to the Billing & Shipping section.”

    https://www.sharingourexperiences.com/checkout/

The last part of the message does not seem correct. I want people to go to registration page if they have not logged in.

How can I correct it ? Any inputs will be much appreciated.

Also is there an easy way to add products in the site by vendors ?
