How can I integrate the User Options in the admin into my site theme?

    People can currently do all these things on our site without going into the admin:

    – submit an article for approval
    – login /logout / register

    What i want to do is allow them to manage their submissions and account detials like email and password in the same fashion right in the site and within the CSS.

    how do i do this? i can add a link on the sidebar or use the admin/manage which goes to the back end… maybe i use that link and it bring me back to the main site?
