How can I hide job listings unless user is logged in

Hi there!

I am trying to use this plugin in two ways/for two user classes.
1. Companies, who will be able log in and then post a job for approval (wahoo, this looks totally doable), and
2. Job seekers, who will need to log in in order to actually SEE the jobs.

Is there any documentation on how I can create these two user classes so that when people log in they will be able to perform the appropriate tasks? There are no instances where someone would be both a job seeker AND a company; it will always be OR.
