You can install the Classic editor. https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-editor/

Just did it, thank you for the help, Gutenverg is terrible, i don´t know why from all the editors out there wordpress had to go with this one.

Can´t even center an image, the layout is overwhelming of useless stuff.

Very bad move WordPress, completly dissapointed.

To center an image, you add an image block, put your image in it, then hit the center button in the toolbar directly above the block. In case that helps.

Hi Samuel, Thank you for your tip, i already did that and on the editor the image get centered but when i publish the post it just stays on the left side.

Thankfully someone made a classic editor plugin and put a big smile on my face, i hope i will never see Gutenberg again in my life.

Indeed it did, i manage 20 sites and i already switched them to the classic editor, i still don´t understand on this days where everything is clean and easy to use they came out with this editor which is awfull, confusing, filled with bugs, annoying and not clean to use.

Anyway classic editor solved all of my issues.

In WordPress 5.0, you will no longer have the same classic WordPress editor that you’ve been used to using over the past years. Gutenberg is the new default editor. This is a big change and of course, it takes time to get familiar with it. You can install the Classic Editor plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-editor/ if you want. This will allow you to continue using it alongside the new Gutenberg editor and write posts the same way. There are a few more plugins available you can use like the disable Gutenberg plugin or you can disable it with code is you prefer not to install a plugin, you can read the steps here https://kinsta.com/blog/disable-gutenberg-wordpress-editor/#disable-gutenberg-code
Gutenberg creates a brand new writing experience and a lot of developers are working on it to make it even better.
