How can I flush just one page?

Hi,
I need to flush the cache of a single page when a function is called.

I want something like this $w3_plugin_totalcache->flush_pgcache(); but more like this $w3_plugin_totalcache->flush_pgcache(POST_ID);

I would ask in http://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-w3-total-cache-is-there-a-method-to-flush-just-one-page-at-a-time?replies=3 but the thread was closed.
Visiting an URL doesn’t work for me because I can’t visit that URL everytime
