Hi, I tried to create a new google shopping feed and it says processing (0%) for many hours and I can’t even delete it. Even if I click to make it inactive, after a while it becomes active again while there is no feed created, what should I do? I already have a feed active a long time ago, why is the new attempt to create a new feed stuck? I have to delete it because I’m afraid it will slow down my site with a long processing time it says ,thanks .

    Hi @giorgos_d2 ,

Can you please open your browser console and try deleting or refreshing the feed, check for any errors: Finding Your Browser’s Developer Console | Balsamiq

Also, go to Woocommerce > Status > Logs and check for critical errors/errors that’s related to ours and see if there are any errors.

If there isn’t any error, run a basic debug where only Woocommerce, Product Feed and storefront them(no snippets) running.

Hi, yes I saw some errors from the error log file in the hosting provider’s plesk panel, but it is impossible to delete the new feed, it is stuck, I also disabled the plugin, deleted the plugin and then uploaded it again, nothing, the problem still exists, I have to delete the new feed, I tried to delete the first feed as well, it doesn’t work, the first one is also stuck, luckily the first one is active

    Hi @giorgos_d2 ,

I took a look at our code, and it shouldn’t really be causing the error. I can only think of a few things that may cause this

1- You have an outdated PHP, please ensure that you have at least PHP version 8.0 and above

2- It’s a server configuration issue, in this case please reach out to your hosting provider to get an idea on whats wrong

3- One of your products do not contain images so our code isn’t able to properly fetch the image. Try removing the attribute on your feed and deleting it or review your products so it has images

4- A theme or plugin conflict. Run a basic debug where only Woocommerce, product feed pro and storefront theme(no snippet) and try deleting the feeds.

Υes, my php is 7.4.33, but as I said before, the first feed I’ve had here for a long time is active, it works properly and in the google merchant center there are normally all the products with images, I just made the mistake of creating a new one feed and this second feed is stuck at 0% and I can’t delete it, your article doesn’t help, I’ve seen it before ,I have 107 products just in case that matters.

    Hi @giorgos_d2 ,

I see, in that case what you can try is downgrade our plugin, so it matches your PHP version, it’s likely that one of our updates were used to have the new functions on the newer versions of PHP.

Version 12.1.X should work fine with the php version of your site or downgrade the version of the plugin to it’s working state. You can find the older versions here: Product Feed PRO for WooCommerce by AdTribes – WooCommerce Product Feeds for Google, Facebook/Meta, Bing, & More (advanced view) – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org

Also, it’s recommended that you update your PHP versions to at least 8.1 and above for security and performance improvements.

If you are fine with dabbling with the database, you can try deleting from there:Screenshot by Lightshot (prnt.sc)

I’m thinking of not bothering anything because the website has no functional problems and the first feed in the google merchant center is ok
