How can I embed a large webite (200 pages of book) in blog? or vice versa?

    Users would login to a choice between read the book or look at questions, answers, and comments. Book has Table of Contents and is paginated, with figures. Readers can go back and forth blog to book. I’ve scoured templates to no avail. I only have one domain but I could do a sub-domain if that helps. I’m new to WP and websites. The book is String Theory for Kids 10 years and older. I like the wordpress features for handling comments but I could also do some of that by hand. Discouraged.
