How can I edit the tag to include "Tagline"

    Hello! Hoping to get some help in how to figure this out.

    I’d like to add my site’s tagline (from settings > general) to the <title> tag so it appears across my web site in the address bar. By default the tagline shows only on the homepage–and I do not want it to display twice there.

    Anyone have a creative solution for this on Storefront?

    FYI I am running a childtheme based on storefront 1.3.1 on WooCommerce 2.2.11 — and I am planning on upgrading to WC 2.3.7 soon.
