how can I delete “wpfc-minified/~/1492785673index.js”?

thanks to this plugin, my site’s score of PageSpeed Insights (Google) was improved.
However, there is a problem.
PageSpeed Insights shows “Remove render-blocking JavaScript: http://~~~~~~~/wp-content/cache/wpfc-minified/5fdaf47fd3a0390c7899d42f4e4b9b8c/1492785673index.js”.
It seems to interrupt to rendering my site.
Is there some way to delete this “wpfc-minified/~/1492785673index.js”?
