• Hi,

In my JetPack site stats, there are two types of subscriptions: Blog and Comments. In the list of Comment Follows, there are no follower names, only the number of comment followers for each post.

I have deleted a lot of old posts, but the deleted posts still have comment followers.

How can I delete the comment follower subscriptions to the deleted posts?

This is the THIRD time I have submitted this question. The first two times I submitted this question, I got no responses whatsoever. Someone please help!

  • You’re probably not getting any response because you’re asking in the wrong place. You’ll need to ask in the support forum for the Jetpack plugin: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack

Alternatively, you could contact WordPress.com support, since subscriptions are managed through that service: https://en.support.wordpress.com

    Thank you, Jacob!

The first time I posted this question, someone told me that I posted in the wrong place and that I needed to post in the “Fixing WordPress” forums, and they moved my post to that forum.

I just posted my question on the Jetpack support forum. I hope I get an answer there!
