How can i convert my Dreamweaver web into wordpress template?

Hi all, i am in problem, i need to convert my template into wp template… my client needs the best cms so i selected wp… i am very much satisfied with wp but i dont know how to convert dreamweaver web to wp… as i know all html, css and web stuff…. can some one help me if i get an easy way… thankx
