Hmmm, maybe, but not with EWWW. There are several image cleanup tools out there (I have experience with none of them). That said, the first one I would try is this (because I know the author): https://wordpress.org/plugins/media-cleaner/
There is also a cleanup tool from Media Library Plus, but I would post a question in their support forums to see if it will do what you need first. MLP can be very database intensive on sites with lots of images after it is first installed, because it goes through and catalogs every image in your WordPress install, so keep that in mind. There are other cleanup utilities too, but I would check with the developers first to see if the plugin can do what you are looking for before you attempt any such operation.

Lastly, make sure you have a really good and reliable backup of your database and files before you do a cleanup. My gut says that even a full backup could be problematic if you’re running an ecommerce site, because restoring from backup could cause you to lose orders. But if you track orders outside of WordPress, then it might be ok. At any rate, be very careful, no matter which route you go.
