It is not a fatal error, but I am posting this question so that I can learn WP better. And, of course, I want my blog to look better . . .
Several days ago, I got some great help from the community on changing the template of my archive page, from listing full posts to listing just truncated versions of the posts. It was successful. http://olivetjournal.com/2013/06
Here is the help I got: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/how-to-change-archive-page-template
Here is the trouble:
After activating the Child Theme, somethings changed, and all the main posts (a book-type format) I had in “full” post format got truncated. So, when a reader goes to that page by mousing over menu [Writing Projects], then to a post, he would see just the title and the first few lines, and would have to click the title to see the full post. They are “Post” not “Page” and set as “Aside” “One Column.” It was fine until I changed the theme.
Here is one of the posts in question: http://olivetjournal.com/category/writing-projects/why-yeshua-had-to-die/introduction
But, affects all the posts under menu [Writing Projects].
What went wrong?
