How can I change play icon in an update proof way?

    Hi,

    I would like to use custom play icon overlay. But i see for that I need to make changes in the folder which might be lost in future updates.

    How can I change the icon in update-proof way?

    I need to replace this image.
    Or alter the code in such a way that it points to another image

    Hi, have you tried using a child theme? I have not tested this myself but it would not hurt to give it a try. Let me know how you go.
