how can i allow people to post in a specific page/category?

I have a craft and arts blog, i’ve always thought it would be a nice idea for people to be able to post their pictures on my blog by themself (preferably with my moderation so i can delete any innnapropriate stuff :P…)but i dont want people to post on my main homepage/blog (thats for me) i want there to be another blog/page that will allow people to post on it. i’ve seen blogs where anyone can post before, i want to know how, and if i can push them into a certain category or page? quite specific i know XD if this is to hard an ask, can you give me an idea which will create a similar effect (allow visitors to post pictures and text in a specific area)preferably without a plugin.. they confuse me! (unless you can teach me how to install it)
