1) Please note, the ability to book for the specific times only possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small / Business Medium versions (and in higher versions for booking resources with capacity =1). Please note if you will make the booking for the specific timeslot, this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in current specific calendar.
You can configure the timeslots selections on the Booking > Settings > Form page. Please use the “shortcode generator” on the right side of that page for the correct generation of the shortcode.
You can use one”timerange” (timeslots) or “start time” and”end time” selections or”starttime” and “duration”of time selections shortcodes or even start time and end time entering shortcodes. You can test the bookings for the specific time-slots in action on the live demo of Business Small version (which is configured by default for the bookings of specific time-slots) here: http://bs.wpbookingcalendar.com/ Other live demo you will need to reconfigure.
2) In that version you can use timeslots configuration like this:

or start time and duration of time configuration like this:

Please, I do not wish to offer the client the possibility to make reservation online, blocking this schedule.
I need to make it available for different customers to choose their deliveries at the same time.
I just want to display the times in the select field box and capture this information from the chosen option by receiving the data contained in the form. This is already happening, but with only 3 time options. So I just need to add more options to the select field.

Ah, I see. Sorry I was misunderstood you.
So you can open the Booking > Settings > Form page, then click on edit button near your “pseudo” time slot field. Then add additional times slots. One time slot per one row. And save changes.
