    I think the problem originated, because I am suffering a massive attack from fake subscribers, who manage to bypass the double opt-in on my newsletter list, what can I do? Please help.

    I don not reach the limit of my plan
    And deliverability rate is ok.

    That’s because the MailPoet Sending Service is paused for your account due to sending multiple emails to an email address that has previously bounced (n*********@i****sa.com)

    If you want to restore the MailPoet Sending Service for your account, just contact our Support Team and we will review your account.

    Greetings, thanks for getting in touch to answer my question.

    I do not understand something about technical support, on the website they direct me to this forum, for having the free plan, to receive technical support, which is understood and appreciated, but now in this answer, they are pointing out that I should contact the support team then:

    Does this mean that I have to contract a paid plan to be able to communicate with the support team you mention, or is there a way to communicate with that team that I do not know?
