    Hi,

    I tested on my staging site and it works fine for the most part and stripe did get money. But when I checked my “subscription” tab under my account, the subscription is not there (as shown here: https://imgur.com/a/deRXsee). Is there any way a customer can cancel the subscription himself?

    Hi,

    Thanks for using the plugin!

    Kindly make sure the subscription should be active to show in my-account >> subscription section i.e. you have marked the subscription order completed from the admin end.

    Also, yes there is a way to cancel the subscription via the customer, if the admin allow the customer to cancel the subscription, please check from here.

    If I may, another question: is there any way to install the payment gateway anywhere if I don’t do it in the wizard right after installation?

    I found no options for this.

    Hello,

    Yes, you can install the payment gateway anytime after the installation from the plugin section and configure them accordingly, there is no need to install in the wizard right after the installation.
    You can check the compatible payment gateways from here.
