How best to include additional data with the purchase?

Hi

I would like to use this plugin to collect payment for tickets for events. The amount will be the same for every event. I can create a single “Event Ticket” product no problem and include this on a page or template, but how could I add the date of the event in to the product details? Is it possible?

My “event” is a CPT with custom fields and I’m wondering if I can include the value of one of those fields in some way so that it’s clear what is being purchased.
