How add content to “alt” tag for background

    I inherited a site that uses a photo of an open laptop on the splash page. This is the only image in the site lacking contents in the “alt” tag. I see where the image was chosen in the Customizer, but don’t have access to the HTML. The “alt” does have content in Media. I even tried searching in the database. Tips?
